This was a scheme in North London for 9 Industrial / Warehouse Units totalling 27,425 sq ft built on a site that required significant decontamination, completed in 2008 at the height of the last recession but fully let within the first year of completion.
An 8,500 sq ft 3 storey office building with associated car parking built on the site of three previous shops and ancillary offices. Designed to provide flexible high spec office space. This building has remained fully let throughout the last 10 years.
A scheme of 14 light industrial warehouse units ranging in size from 1,450 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft built on a cleared unused previous car park site. This site was acquired with a design and build package in place with SEGRO
This site was acquired to compliment the adjacent 14 unit scheme. A former balancing pond the development was for two light industrial / warehouse units of 4,400 sq ft and 5,320 sq ft with superb amenities.
As well as commercial builds James has also been involved with the purchase, planning and build of residential sites. This site for 11 Mews style house in Hampshire was competed on the site of a former pub.
